This policy outlines the process for deleting your NumerologySuite account and all associated data.

Account Deletion Methods

For Individual Accounts

If you want to delete your personal account, you can directly delete it through your account settings.

  • Navigate to: Settings → Account → Delete Account
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.

For Professional/Agency Accounts

If your account manages multiple professionals or clients, you'll need to submit an account deletion request to ensure data safety.

  • By Email: Send an email to [email protected] requesting account deletion from your registered email address.

Deletion Process Timeline

Request Submission

Submit your account deletion request through the platform or via email.

Verification (72 Hours)

Our team will initiate a verification process within 72 hours, which may involve contacting you to confirm the request.

Permanent Deletion (21 Working Days)

Upon successful verification, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 21 working days.

Important Notes

  • Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
  • All client reports, numerology profiles, history, and generated PDFs will be permanently removed.
  • We may retain some transactional or billing data for legal compliance purposes as required by applicable laws.
