1. Introduction

Welcome to NumerologySuite (the "Platform"). By accessing or using NumerologySuite, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Company" refers to the entity operating NumerologySuite.
• "User" refers to any individual, practitioner, or organization using the Platform.
• "Services" refers to numerology, astrology tools, reports, subscriptions, and management solutions provided by the Platform.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use NumerologySuite.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

4. Account Registration & Security

• To access platform features, users must create an account with unique login credentials.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized account access or security breaches.
• NumerologySuite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

5. Services & Usage

NumerologySuite offers practitioner and digital services including:

• Automated generation of numerology and astrology profiles.
• Client management and data tracking.
• Downloadable insights and PDF reports.
• Weekly subscriptions, yearly plans, and custom practitioner services.

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others.

6. Subscription, Billing & Payments

• Certain features of NumerologySuite require paid subscriptions including weekly passes, yearly access plans, and custom plans.
• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize NumerologySuite and its third-party payment providers to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.
• All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.
• Subscription prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• Users are responsible for ensuring accurate billing and payment information.

7. Apple App Store Subscriptions (iOS)

If you access NumerologySuite through the Apple App Store, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of this agreement:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID account for the applicable subscription fee.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price confirmed at purchase.
• Price Changes: If subscription prices change, we will notify you in advance before your next renewal date. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your Apple ID will be charged.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings on your device. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
• Refunds: For purchases made through the Apple App Store, all refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own refund policy. NumerologySuite does not process refunds for Apple App Store purchases directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

• Weekly passes, yearly subscriptions, and custom plans are non-refundable once access is activated.
• Cancellation only prevents future renewals and does not entitle users to partial or prorated refunds.
• Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate billing, verified payment errors, or technical failures caused directly by NumerologySuite.
• NumerologySuite reserves the sole right to determine refund eligibility after reviewing account and transaction activity.
• By purchasing a subscription, users acknowledge and agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the Platform.

9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

• Users agree to contact support before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.
• NumerologySuite reserves the right to provide transaction records, IP logs, account activity, and usage history to payment processors or financial institutions during investigations.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, branding, algorithms, reports, and features are the exclusive property of NumerologySuite and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

NumerologySuite is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Numerology, astrology, and generated insights are intended for informational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.

We do not guarantee financial, medical, legal, relationship, business, or life outcomes based on platform usage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NumerologySuite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from the use of the Platform, payment failures, third-party services, or generated reports.
