You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Cancellations within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund if no significant usage has occurred.
  • Cancellations made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate charges due to a billing error.
  • Platform downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours.
  • Service failure caused by NumerologySuite directly affecting your usage in the first 7 days.
