1. Digital Service Nature

NumerologySuite provides digital services including:

  • Numerology tools and calculators
  • AI-generated reports
  • Premium practitioner access
  • Digital consultations and custom plans
  • Subscription-based platform services

Since services are digital and delivered instantly after payment, refunds are limited and subject to eligibility conditions.

2. Subscription Plans

Weekly Pass (7-Day Access)

  • Weekly passes are non-refundable once access is activated.
  • Users may cancel anytime, but cancellation only prevents future renewals.
  • No refunds or credits are issued for unused days.

1-Year Access Plans

  • All annual subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is successfully processed.
  • Cancellation of the subscription will only stop future renewals and will not result in any refund or credit.
  • No partial, prorated, or unused-period refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • By purchasing a yearly plan, users acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Custom Plans

  • Custom plans, enterprise plans, or manually configured services are non-refundable.
  • Once setup, onboarding, or customization work has started, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Custom services are also non-transferable between users.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate transactions caused by billing errors.
  • Payment deducted but service access not activated due to a verified technical issue from NumerologySuite.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions verified by our payment provider.

NumerologySuite reserves the sole right to determine refund eligibility after reviewing the transaction and account activity.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Partial usage of subscription period.
  • Incorrect birth details entered by user.
  • Dissatisfaction with numerology or astrology interpretations.
  • Failure to cancel recurring billing before renewal date.
  • Device, internet, browser, or third-party technical issues.
  • Violation of platform terms or abuse policies.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
  • NumerologySuite reserves the right to provide payment records, login history, usage activity, and IP logs to payment gateways or banks during investigations.
  • Access may be permanently revoked in cases of payment fraud or abuse.
